Bieb’s & Ash restaurant in Goshen, IN has some of the best burgers in town! I had the original Bieb’s Smash burger and it was excellent! The atmosphere is great and their decor is pretty cool! They even have outdoor seating options and the prices are reasonable! It was well worth it and will certainly be back! 🙂
We are in town from Rockford, Illinois on a business trip and found this place on Google for smash burgers. I’m not even going to sugar coat it…these were the best burgers we’ve ever had!! Omg!!! We will come back l again and again when we revisit for work.
Great food 😋 Burger was complex and well seasoned with potato buns. Shoe string fries were perfectly crispy outside smooth and creamy inside. Food came out fast and was very fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained.
Amazing food! Nashville hot cheese curds were amazing and had great spice. Paired well with dipping sauce. Sweet potato fries were sweet and savory. I upgraded to the parm fries- it was good to try but underwhelming for the price. That was the only thing that didn’t exceed my expectations but was still very good. Caveman smash was spicy with a little sweetness from the relish. Atmosphere was busy but still was able to hear my husband. Service was quick and friendly. Will be returning.

We arrived around 4:30pm and it wasn’t too busy YET, we’ve come and it was packed many times. Our burger was perfect. We got the caveman smash and we took off bacon and the bacon jam, I know like who does that!? But we don’t eat pork, and we asked them to add the tart cherry jam. The employees were so kind and had a great atmosphere going on. We enjoyed our experience very much thank you ☺️

Excellent food, great service, good value. Great atmosphere, hip little place to hang out. The burgers here are amazing. We tried four options between us and they were all delicious. The wings are also good and the variations on the fries available are outstanding. It would be difficult to make a bad decision on food here. I will definitely be back and I would recommend this establishment for everyone.
Came to town for the MRRF convention at the fairgrounds. I found this place on Google maps and figured I'd give it a go - Was not disappointed!!! Some of the best food I've ever had! I appreciated that they had a quiet little area towards the back with 2 person tables, bc I'm not big on crowded dining rooms. Bathroom was also very nice and clean! I got the morning smash burger, which was perfection! Can't get over how delicious that bacon jam is! Nashville hot curds had a great spice level. My mind was absolutely blown with the marshmallow sauce for the sweet potato fries!!! Nothing on the menu would disappoint, honestly. I could rave all day! We will definitely eat here every time we come back for the convention! If it wasn't 3 hours from home, I'd come more often!
Fun place with cute decor to stop for the best burger you will ever eat! Exposed brick interior and original (?) ceilings plenty of seating inside and out. Clean and well stocked restroom.
